I finally read all of achewood. After a long period of being stuck in 2004 I stopped reading only to pick it up this weekend. I read from the first strip to the last in about two days. Slash I had an okay weekend.
With that done, I now need to create a reading list for the rest of summer.
So anyone feel free to suggest any books, web comics, websites, or comics that I should read this summer. thanks.

I've moved into my new home at 128 Pearl Street.
It's a really nice apartment building, I'm living with 2 friends in a three room apartment, with two more friends living a floor up. the rooms are huge. Classes started today.
Life is relatively good. I had a lot of gin and tonics a few nights ago.
I heart my friends. Both from home and here.

It recently has come to my attention that you have become very mean to your little brother Pluto. Admittedly Pluto is a bit of a spaz, with the whole uneven orbit and such, but you should be polite as it appears he is about to be demoted from full Planet to dwarf status.

So I have my computer back after a fairly arduous trip to the Apple store in Burlington. But upon receiving it I was informed that they basically gutted the machine a bit. New logic board and new harddrive. So a fair amount of memory loss there = bad shit. On the other hand not having to pay = good. and Also this means the lifespan of my computer will continue.
So I guess its fair to say someone was in my base killing my mans. If mans is my data lost.

Through some checking on the interwubs
I've apparently discovered that my computer was received at the repair center on the 9th.
It was repaired!! on the 11th!
and Is not being shipped today back to me on the 14th?
Though this is all what the internet told me.
They best had not done something like claim I owe them money or something, because I have my recite that says clearly that it was under warranty and they never requoted me.

The amen break is this 6 second drum sample from 1969 by the Winstons, that has gone on to be used as the basis for much of hip hop and basically the basis of the entire subculture of Jungle Music. It's totally ridiculous.

This looks pretty interesting, especially in combination with this

And yes it used the intel chip cabilities to make it more effective.
For anyone curious, the combination of these two programs + a intel mac = the ability to switch rapidly between osx, windows and ubuntu(or other forms of linux). It's pretty sweet, sure it's not going to be good for gaming, but its a pretty neat thing.

As my title suggests, I am now entering the Gauntlet portion of my finals. From hence forth i have three exams in each of the next three days.

Ughh in the same swift move I managed to twsit my left ankle and in falling jammed down my right foot into the ground, Cutting my pinky toe and ripping off the nail of another. I walk not so well at the moment. Yeah.

I think I'm taking digital Media next semester, the professor seems cool and he has nice computers and sound system and he sounded interested in my art ideas. I also worked out, today's going pretty well. I need more days like this to make things better.
